Throw-down!
What you can expect for Friday’s throw-down:
Where: CFDM Urbandale
- People can come at 6:00pm and stretch independently outside while 5:15pm class is finishing
- 6:15pm warm up and go over heats/instructions
- 6:30pm – start heats
- WOD – TBA
- Participants will complete heats in front of pull up cage while others cheer on
- Other athletes can be used to count reps
- Will grill and have tailgate games during and after the WOD
* CFDM will provide meat, chips and drinks
* All morning and noon classes: please bring a side dish to share
* All evening classes: please bring a dessert to share
- Bring family and friends to come experience the action!

Yeah me too! Have family coming to town, but will see what I can do to attend and bring them with
Sorry for the late notice. We wanted to get a social in as soon as possible before the weather gets bad. It has been a whirlwind since taking over a month ago. Will give more notice in the future!
