Tired of jump ropes being too long or too short? Well, we are putting an order together for Rogue’s speed ropes. This will be your own personal jump rope! They allow you to size them towards your preference of length.

Another Item on the menu is Mobility WOD’s very own Voodoo Floss.

What do you do with it?
It’s for tack and floss mobility work. Primarily around joints.
