Situps were my lowest number and should be the highest, as I have no trouble doing situps. I think I just burned out my core doing pushups.

DL – 355# max…tied my pre-injury PR, so I was thrilled with that. Could have maybe pushed it another 5# or so, but I ripped a piece of skin off my finger and decided I had enough.
WOD: total of 300 even, red band on pull-ups, but strict push-ups all rnds. My shoulder finally feels like 100% again, but not as strong yet.
My quads are seriously sore after the last two WODs. But, it’s a good hurt! It lets me know that I really accomplished something.
DL 405#. My PR is #415, but it wasn’t pretty at all, so this is the best I’ve done with actual proper form.
I am not a fan of these body weight WODs…def not my strength.
I think I had 264 or something around that… no bands on Pull ups, switched to knees on pushups after 4 rds. But hit below parallel on EVERY squat, which was my highest number at 89.
Now tonight I’m going to tackle tues night’s WOD. Wish me luck!

6 weeks ago this was the 2nd WOD I ever did. I hit 257 with the green bungee for pull ups and all push ups from the knees.
Today NO bungee for pull ups and got thru 2 rounds of push ups reg…Total 396! Woo hoo! Def getting stronger.
DL 1 rep max 185…just couldn’t get 195 off the ground today. The goal is to break 200 soon.

Tabata – 3002 (seriously) ok 444 – i think… i really hate keeping count and i’m certain i inflated the number somewhere.
DL – 305 PR by only 5 lbs but made me dizzy so quit while ahead.

325# DL – tried for 345#, which would have been a PR but couldn’t do it.
WOD – I think I did 56 – 82 – 103 -138 = 379, but I was distracted a lot on the pull-ups, so I docked myself 4 to be safe – 375.

DL – 255# 1RM – 10# PR from when we last did DL.
WOD: 43-65-90-95 = 293. Had to use red band on lst 3 rounds of pull-ups, my hands were tearing up!
