Saturday WOD in the Park

This Saturday, June 23rd, instead of the normal WOD in the box our WOD will be at Centennial Park in Waukee. Please meet in the middle of the park at 9 am for something new. Please note the time change (for this week only). Centennial is located on the north side of University between Warrior and Ashworth, directly west of Waukee high school. Look for the CrossFit Des Moines trailer. Maps will be available at both Urbandale and Waukee gyms.
