Crossfit Des Moines is offering Crossfit Teen this summer at the Urbandale location.  This class will be appropriate for kids 5th through 12th grades.  It will be offered Monday-Wednesday-Friday at10:30 am and 4:30 pm (3 classes/week /student).  The cost for this class will be $125/month.  Sign up for this class is through Acceleration Iowa, although coaching will be through Crossfit (Rian at 4:30 and Kelli at 4:30).

A separate Crossfit Kids will be offered if there is enough interest for kids entering 1st through 5th grades.  The class would be held Tuesday – Thursday at 4:30 pm also at the Urbandale location.  The cost of the class will be $200 for 10 weeks beginning June 11 and would be coached by Kelli.  Please contact her soon at barkelak@gmail.com  if you have interest in this class.
