Log your WODS on your iPhone!
You can now download, track, and record our WODs on your phone with myWod. Here’s what you need to do.
1. Download MyWod on your iPhone or Android.
2. Click on mywod on your iPhone.
3. Choose ‘Common wods’ at the bottom.
4. Hit the plus sign in the top right corner.
5. Type or paste in feed://feeds.feedburner.com/crossfitdesmoines-wod
6. Select the WOD you want.
7. Save it








At the expense of sounding like my two year old, “I did it!”
Looking forward to utilizing the app to its fullest b/c I am TERRIBLE at recording WODs, weights, benchmarks, maxs, etc.

Anyone else have a Droid? This app looks to me like it is just for iPhone and iPad. I would love to have something for the Droid!
I tried finding MyWod on my Android and couldn’t. I typed in CrossFit and found a number of similar apps but no MyWod. I worried I was just technologically challenged.
