2) There is absolutely no parameters on how “healthy” the recipe is…However since we are a gym that “forges elite fitness” it is encouraged to error on the side of healthy

Black Bean Dip
Mix Together the following and refrigerate overnight.
1 can shoepeg corn, rinsed
2 cans black beans, rinsed
3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 C. cilantro, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
6 T. olive oil
6 T. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
garlic to taste
This is better after being refrigerated overnight. I have used this as a relish on grilled chicken, as salsa on chicken or beef tacos, and as filling in a romaine lettuce wrap. And, of course, it’s great with chips.
