I woke up this morning and I was pretty sure my body had been hit by a truck the day before! JK but realistically the workout yesterday and painting a ceiling for a couple of hours last night was not favorable towards my body. Good thing I have a desk job…I need something to hold me up today. haha…ok so I am done being dramatic. The workout today was a nice change of pace from yesterday. Makes me nervous about what Friday might bring.
Liz go to bed ontime! We want to see your beautiful face on Friday morning.
Good to have Erin and Mellisa join the group again this morning. Keep it up ladies!
Great Work Dr. Bob – strong number with the WOD. This thing seemed like a little repreave for the team today given yesterday (or tomorrow as in my case).
Sorry I missed Whitten. I should come in the early morning to do Whitten. My body doesn’t move that early, so I’d probably puke….would not be pretty but I want to do that WOD sometime, its a good one!
Congratulations to Laura and Carol who have done Whitten twice in less than a week. Once last Thursday and once yesterday. They don’t post often so it’s unlikely that anyone other than the 8:00 class knows this. Congrats Ladies! Not sure that I would be up for doing it again in a few days.
WOD – 68 – 24 HSPUs w/ abmat & 2 ten pound weights – 44 T2B
This was a break-through for me – it was the first time I was able to perform a substantial number of HSPUs uninterrupted. Next step – lose the weights below the abmat.
BS: 125-135-145-155-155(but only 3x)
WOD: 49

O yeah I should add that my HSPU were completed with a 15lb weight below me. Not full range of motion.
Back Squat: Got 365 and 3 at 405
WOD: 58 – Not prescribed on HSPU depth, improved on getting better full range on HSPU.
I love it when you BS 2.61 times what I do! Impressive and borderline annoying at times…ok maybe just nuts!
Back Squat 185,215,235,245,250 Q-405×3? sick
WOD 101: Subbed K2E for T2B
Looking forward to getting hit by that truck tomorrow.

Good work early a.m. team – keep at it Mel and Erin congrats on the unassisted pu. JK
Did a couple of sets of back squat- got up to 135- and could sense that my back was too tight to support anymore weight.
WOD: 58. One ab mat for HSPU.
I will be in tomorrow to support the 5:15 crew doing Whitten!
O man that means I will feel guilty if I don’t come too! I might come but it would be in a supportive role!
