Linda-ish…I mixed the two workouts:
Deadlift @ 185 (more like 1.4 times my BW; not quite 1.5)
ring push-ups (probably better b/c there’s no way I can bench my BW at this many reps)
Clean @ 100 (75% of my BW, so the only part of WOD that’s Rxd)

Its such an interesting WOD b/c its a different kind of tired when you’re lifting heavy. I thought the cleans would be the easiest for me, but that quickly became the hardest b/c when you’re tired, it’s hard to do the explosive movement.
Off to NYC! Look for me on TV on Sunday at the US Open!

Deadlift: 275 instead of 325 (1 Rep max was 315, same thing here)
Clean: 155 instead of 161.25 (math miscalc)

What a great 8:30 class this morning! So much more fun to workout with such a big group of ladies (and Kevin too).
22:22 for modified Linda: 135, later reduced to 125# DL, regular pushups, and 75# cleans. Unlike Katie, I think the DL is by far the hardest. But I probably should have added weight to the cleans.
First I have to say: What did I do to Mike this morning to tick him off enough to post a picture like that!?! Seriously! While getting up at 4:50 a.m. is a bit tough I didn’t think I looked that sleepy this morning. So far every picture of me has been not too attractive…haha.
My workout was pretty Lindaish this morning too. 23 something with 185 lb DL, ring push-ups, and 105 lb Hang Clean.
