Good morning… got it done in 31 minutes and some change. 40 something the last time around so right about a 20% improvement. Thanks for the motivation this morning Mike… should’ve been able to get this one done a little faster.
I had a 9:00 appointment so I ran out of time to finish. I did get 2 round plus the squat cleans done. 65 lbs. squat cleans and purple band on pullups. I did 55 lbs and probably the red band last time so that’s some improvement. I think my time would have been longer though.
31:59 as Rx’d…this was just as wonderfully awful as I remember from last time!!!!

Wow! I definitely felt the love yesterday from you all. Yes, I mentioned to Mike that I could possibly make the 5am class work as I need to be at work by 6:30am. Guess it doesn’t take long for word to travel
I am still sore from a workout Mike put me through on Sunday (it’s now wednesday) so it may take me awhile. I have also been persuaded to run the DSM half marathon with a pregnant lady and my husband so that has to be in the mix too! Hope to see you all very soon
40:11 with 65#/55#/55# cleans. Would have liked to Rx it, but my back disagreed. It took me 9 minutes longer than last time, due, I’m sure to the lack of a band on those stinkin pull-ups. It’s hard to speed through the WOD doing them in 2′s and 3′s.
“Badger-less” – from the DL – not better today. Modified WOD – 3 rounds 40 med ball cleans – 40 lateral ring ups – 800 m run. 29:something – who cares…
Great work a.m. team – can’t express how crazy it makes me to not be able to do a great/challenging WOD like Badger. Hope everyone else today sets PR and for the record my last Badger time on 4/30/10 was 44:21 (as Katie says “of pure suck”) as RxD. JK
34:28 Rx’d. Why don’t I have this written down from last time? What was the date – anyone know last time we did “badger”? May have missed it as I don’t recall doing it.
I will never compete when a run is involved. But I count it an accomplishment that I even own running shoes now! Thanks Coach Mike!
April 30th was the last time…
41:33 – almost three minutes slower but 15# heavier on the squat cleans and used no bands. May have done an extra few calories on bike, too – did 60C per round.

I think I should have stuck with rx for the cleans. A little disappointed in myself for that one.
