Thanks Katie – burpees are always unnecessary – sometimes they are required. I will try to arrive early enough to work with you; it won’t hurt me to get out a little early as well.
WOD – I was precisely 61 seconds slower than GS – not a moment faster nor slower – right on 8:18. SDHP (75 lbs) and ring push ups.
As usual – great job early a.m. crew – good to have Ashley back – Q and Geoff rifled through this thing – nothing quite like Monday a.m. at CFDM – thanks Coach. JK
9:10 as Rx’d. How do you tell someone not at CrossFit what a six to 10 minute workout like we did today is all about. My shoulders are still burning a little.
