2 WODs in a row at roughly 11:30. Cant remember the exact time. Gotta love burpees (or not). Good job Katie and Matt. 10 and a half minutes is a heck of a time. Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Burpees and I do not get along very well…
I apologize for not getting accurate times during the 8:00a class. My stopwatch had a malfunction.
Nonetheless, everyone in the 8:00a class finished the WOD and really worked hard. Great job.

Don’t know my exact time but it was somewhere around 20 minutes. Dang burbees. Thanks to Amy for the humor today. I think I spent a little too much time laughing and chatting and not working hard enough on the burpees.
14:38, I am not sure how you morning folks got suck great times, I was at 8 minutes on round 3!!!!
“Suck great times” – I know it’s a misspelling, but somehow, it’s appropriate.
LOL I was thinking the same thing Bob. I think we all know and have experienced “suck times”. Now whether they’ve been “suck GREAT times”…now that’s a different story.
Sorry to have missed the burpees. Perhaps I”ll try to make them up tomorrow.

19:21 – I think the stopwatch was broken at the 5:30 p.m. class too. Either that or burpees really slowed me down. I don’t foresee those get any easier…throw yourself on the ground, pick yourself up, throw yourself on the ground, pick yourself up.

ohhhh man. I thought burpees were easy until todays wod…those were more like ‘belchees,’ if ya know what i mean. I forget my time, but I mean a big but, it was my first rx’d (now i can use that and know what it means) wod. Finished right along side of Big Q. Thanks for being my ‘wingman!’ or vise-versa.

As usual, bringing up the rear on times. I did, however, finish as rx’d even though my burpees were a bit loosey goosy at the end

Then I went home and mowed the back yard. That might have been a mistake
12:50 as Rx’d (it feels good to say that). One note: I had trouble locking out my elbows and dipping my knees to the floor on the lunges. Felt good on the burpees – 1st and 5th sets were unbroken – only one break each on other three.
I feel pretty good about this time but feel compelled to shout kudos to the little Energizer Bunny (Kyndi) who completed this in just over 11 minutes.
