11:08 as rx’d with OHS/Jumping lunge WOD. . . Mike, don’t worry about the difficulty of your WODs. . . I almost fell down a flight of stairs while at home because my legs gave out on me.
Dito Craig- I noticed a little issue with my legs giving out as I went downstairs to do laundry.
8:30 or so as Rx’d. I’m struggling with me finishing before everyone else this morning- very atypical. I’m about 90% sure I did all the reps, but I also know that I have a very hard time keeping track when the reps go like this. I was using my jumping lunges as my benchmark, but I’m guessing I screwed up somewhere. Apologies to the AM crew.
I’m in the middle of the 5th set – look around – everyone else is finished and/or drinking coffee and eating doughnuts.

WOD – 14:10 – *(85 lbs. first five OHSQ – then incapable of continuing switched to back squats with 115 5 sets 10 reps/set). I should do this WOD again tomorrow – how do you put it Craig – “USGA”?
7:36 as Rxd. Hear the weak leg thing…I was walking around breaking down the bar and my leg would just give out…fast but effective WOD.
Katie – your time is right probably. Don’t short change yourself girlfriend!!! You’re a machine….have a great day doing laundry . I think that’s on my agenda as well!
Chris here – 10:31 this am. First time in with the big dawgs….wooowww. My legs are like wet noodles and im still not recouped from Saturdays “Wall-Balls” For the first time I’m starting to feel my age a little. Those 2 exercises together were killers – but thanks Mike – probably just what my chicken legs needed.

9:06 replaced OH squats @ 95# w/ 95# front squats – should have added more weight – 115# would have probably been about right. Still, I could barely walk down the stairs when I got home.

45 lbs for squat except for last which was 25 lbs (I think)
15 lbs Weighted 24″ step-ups instead of jumping lunges because of knee issue.
Cardio/Respritory continues to challenge me. Sucking wind really quickly, but did push through to the end.
