The above video is a collection of training clips from a PJ team (close friends) in Iceland. Why did I put this video up on today’s post? Because there are at least 5 things in this video that I would love to spend my memorial day weekend doing. I miss this life, the excitement, the brotherhood, the mission. However I have found all of that and more with CrossFit Des Moines, the excitemnt of watching each and everyone of you develop a high level of fitness, the commraderie we all share, and the mission to optimize human performance.
