52:10 – 120 ring pullups and 120 dips as rx’d. I can’t move my arms. . . I hope we hammer lower body tomorrow. . . And I can’t wait for the day I can do consecutive muscle-ups because I don’t want to have to do 120 ring pullups again anytime soon.

I was a little disappointed in how my arms looked in the shower (not muscley enough!), so I had to flex in the mirror when I got out!

As if not being there in the morning isn’t frustrating enough – then i go to my first noon WOD and finish a disappointing 30:35 the 120 and 120 no assistance but both pull ups and dips on bars – per coach.
I’m on the way out back to the office and there is Bobby coming back in for a his two a day – rock star.
I’m a Cyclone – wife is a Hawkeye – Go Panthers – have fun at the game tonight – get home safe.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t it you that couldn’t do a pull-up, then did a set of 10 a week later, and just did 120 unassisted in a work out today – No one would believe that outside CFDM

Kerber – What do you have to be disappointed about? 30 mins for 120 unassisted pullups and dips. You beat both Jaime and me. It looks I have a lot of work to do to catch up with your progress.
Craig -Thanks Man – you will have a few weeks to “catch up” my hand got all ripped up doing the pus going to cost me a few weeks on the pull up DL. That will hopefully allow me to focus on blasting my 205 max squat punny little legs to try and catch up with you and the other dudes.
Bobby – you are correct and thanks re the pull up props – look in the mirror buddy – i have long way to go… Keep leading the pack man…
