21:05 minus 25 seconds for the late start
225 on deadlifts 65 on snatch (these killed me) 70 kb
ouch need to work on getting to that rx’d weight on all
38″ box jump 29:14 – 195lb DL (1.5 BW), 65lb Snatch, 35lb KB

27:55- Deadlift: 150 lb for Round 10 and 9; 135 lb for Round 8-1 45 lb snatch 35 lb KB
Had to leave before I could test out the max jump…best guess: somewhere between 10-18″
For some reason, this workout today made me feel really old.
