Starting Monday Coach Sara will be here to help out with training as well as speak to you about any nutrition questions you may have. Sara is a licensed RD, and lifestyle coach, she is also very familiar with the foundations and elements of CrossFit. We are excited to have her I hope that everyone will take advantage of her being here. Sara will attend every class at some point, either Monday or Tuesday. I advise anyone who is interested in speaking to Sara about nutrition to email her prior to Monday, email her as many  questions as you can think of, that way when she is here she can focus on what YOU want to hear.
