CrossFit and Physiques

Russell Berger writer for CrossFit Journal, published a wonderful article  Form Follows Function, that I would like to share with everyone. In this article Russell stresses that when you focus on goals such as superior athletic ability, or elite level fitness, the fortunate by-product is a god/goddess like physique. Physiques that are equally proportioned and scream natural beauty.

The reason I would like to share this article with everyone is because starting Monday Jan 4th many of us will begin our journey to elite level fitness. I want to re-emphasize that this is not a program designed to “Extremely shape your body” that sounds familiar (Extreme body shaping). This is a program to help you achieve legitiment health, fitness, and athletic goals. See PDF article under picture
